You have arrived at this solution because:

• The Decedent died without leaving a Will.

• The Decedent died leaving property other than motor vehicles, real estate, and/or tangible personal property.

• All of the heirs of the estate can work together to settle the decedent's estate.

• The liabilities of the estate exceed the liabilities against the estate.

• The value of the assets of the estate, excluding real estate and property owned jointly with a right of survivorship, is less than $50,000.
